Do you offer a free consultation before I commit to a package?
Yes, we offer an initial consultation to understand your tax situation and recommend the appropriate package. This helps you know the scope of work and estimated cost before any payment is made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash payment at our Cairo office, and mobile payment options. Payment is typically split into a deposit upon engagement and a final balance upon completion of your tax return.
What happens if my business needs services outside the listed packages?
If your business requires services beyond the standard packages, such as audit support or historical bookkeeping cleanup, we scope this work separately and provide a written estimate before proceeding.
Is there a refund if I decide not to continue after the consultation?
